How to Authorise an Adviser on skat.dk (Personal)

Follow the steps below to give Care & C access to manage your tax affairs on skat.dk.

If you do not have MitID, please contact us. In that case, authorisation is done via a signed declaration, and the process takes about 4 weeks.

Why is this authorisation necessary? For Care & C to help you with your tax return, tax card, and other enquiries to the Danish Tax Agency (SKAT), we need to be authorised to act on your behalf. This authorisation is granted via the TastSelv portal on skat.dk.

Log in to TastSelv on skat.dk

Go to skat.dk and log in with MitID.

Click on 'Profil- og kontaktoplysninger' (Profile and contact information)

You will now be taken to your profile page.

Click on 'Giv adgang til rådgiver eller andre' (Give access to adviser or others)

Here you can see who already has access to your information, and you can add new authorisations.

Click the blue button 'Opret ny' (Create new)

A field will appear where you must enter either the CVR number of the company or the CPR number of the person you want to authorise. The number must be entered twice, in both fields. Care & C's CVR number is: 44679035

Click 'Næste' (Next) and confirm with 'Fortsæt' (Continue)

Review your selection and confirm to proceed.

Select the access you wish to grant

Scroll to the bottom of the page 'Vælg adgang til alle informationer' (Select access to all information) and tick the box that gives access to all items in TastSelv Borger, including any new items in the future. Then, specify how long the authorisation should be valid. We recommend the end of December 2027. You can revoke the authorisation at any time in the same way. Click 'godkend' (approve) to finish.

Confirm the authorisation

You will be returned to the overview, where you can see that Care & C now appears on the list of granted authorisations. The authorisation is now complete.

Authorisation complete. Well done! Care & C can now help you with your tax return, tax card, and other enquiries to SKAT.
