How to Authorise Digital Post for Your Business

:::intro Follow the steps below to give Care & C access to your company's Digital Post. :::

:::context What is Digital Post? Digital Post is the mandatory digital mailbox for all companies and residents in Denmark over the age of 15. It is where you receive important messages from public authorities, including the tax agency (SKAT), the municipality (kommune), and other government bodies. :::

:::step title: Click on "Tildel adgang i Rettighedsportal for Digital Post" description: You will be redirected to the page where you can assign access to your digital mailbox. image: /assets/03_8c8e1e2d.png :::

:::step title: Select "Adgange til virksomheden" and check "Virksomhed" description: This confirms you are acting on behalf of your company and wish to grant access to the company's Digital Post. image: /assets/04_37ad68c4.png :::

:::step title: Enter Care & C's CVR number: 44679035 description: Type the number in the field and click "Fremsøg virksomhed" (Search for company). At the top of the page, you should now see "Care & C ApS" with the CVR confirmation. image: /assets/05_481adfef.png :::
