Choose your package

Bookkeeping covers monthly bookkeeping and close, automated document processing and creditor management, bank and payment reconciliation, webshop, POS and card integrations, quarterly VAT filing, a monthly income statement, quarterly balance reconciliation, year-end preparation, and email support with a 48-hour response time. It includes no budget, no forecast and no scheduled meetings.

Financial Control adds monthly balance reconciliation, an annual budget, a KPI dashboard of 6 to 8 standard metrics, a rolling forecast updated quarterly, a three-month liquidity forecast, two structured reviews per year, a 24-hour response time, and delivery by our senior team.

Enterprise is scoped by agreement for multiple CVR numbers, intercompany reconciliation, departmental accounting, multi-currency bookkeeping, consolidated reporting, a monthly strategy session and direct partner access.

One document is one unique document number registered in the accounting system within a calendar month. We count economic events, not postings. If your volume exceeds your tier for three consecutive months, the package moves to the correct tier.

Payroll, onboarding and optional services

Payroll: 300 DKK per month plus 180 DKK per employee. Employee changes are adjusted automatically. More than 50 employees, contact us.
Onboarding: 6,000 DKK as a one-time payment. Full review of existing bookkeeping and compliance status, system migration and bank connection, document processing setup, KYC review, a written bookkeeping procedure, and a first-month deep-dive review with a findings report.
Administrative support: 2,000 DKK per month. Weekly debtor review, follow-up on overdue receivables, monitoring of Digital Post and e-Boks.
OSS VAT reporting: 1,000 DKK per month, for selling digital services or goods to consumers in other EU member states.
