From first conversation to CVR number, in four steps
- Analysis and advice, day 1. We discuss your situation and recommend the right legal form, explaining the differences between ApS, A/S and Filial.
- Document preparation, day 1 to 2. Articles of association, shareholder agreement, registration documents, and the information needed for KYC.
- Registration with Erhvervsstyrelsen, day 2 to 5. We submit the application. You receive your CVR number and MitID business credentials.
- Operational setup, day 5 to 10. VAT and employer registration with SKAT, help opening a Danish bank account, and your accounting systems configured.
